By using FrameItOrDidntHappen (the “Service”), operated by FrameItOrDidntHappen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FrameItOrDidntHappen lets you turn your own Strava activities into poster artwork for personal use, which you can buy either as a digital file to download or as a printed poster we make and post to you.
You must be at least 16 years old and have a Strava account you are authorised to use.
You authorise us to access your Strava data to provide the Service. Your use of Strava data must comply with Strava's own terms, and you may revoke access at any time.
You retain all rights to your activity data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to create and deliver your poster. The poster you generate is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
The FrameItOrDidntHappen software, designs, templates and branding are owned by us. Strava's name and marks belong to Strava.
We sell two separate products, and each order tells you at checkout which one you are buying. A digital download is the high-resolution poster file itself. A printed poster is the physical print, made and posted by us. A printed poster does not include the digital file, and a digital download is not printed or posted. If you want both, both are added to your order and priced separately. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Prices are inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT (BTW).
A digital download is made available immediately on successful payment and stays available for 1 month after purchase (see “Data retention” in our Privacy Policy); please save your poster within that window. Digital downloads are available worldwide. Physical prints are made to order, dispatched by us, and carried by PostNL to the Netherlands and the European Union. Delivery times vary by destination, and we email a tracking link once your order ships.
For a digital download: the poster is a digital product delivered immediately. By completing checkout you expressly ask us to begin delivery at once and acknowledge that, once the download has been made available to you, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers normally have for distance purchases. If a download fails, or the file is faulty, email us at contact@frameitordidnthappen.com and we will re-issue it or refund you.
For a printed poster: each print is made to order from the artwork you designed, so it is a good made to your specifications and clearly personalised. Under EU consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods, and it does not apply to your print. This does not affect your statutory rights if something is wrong with it: if your print arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us at contact@frameitordidnthappen.com within a reasonable time, with a photo if you can, and we will reprint it or refund you. If you spot a mistake in your order, email us straight away: we can usually change or cancel it any time before we start printing.
Gifting a print (at /gift) buys one specific print, a product and a size, for someone else, together with delivery to a stated area: the Netherlands, or the rest of the EU. You pay the print's price and that delivery in full; your recipient designs their own poster from any route and sets it to the print you chose. If they have the print delivered within the area you chose, they pay nothing further. If their own order needs a larger, pricier parcel, they pay the difference; a cheaper or already-free delivery is not refunded. A gift does not include the digital file and cannot be split across several prints. It is redeemable for 24 months from purchase; after that it lapses and cannot be used. A gift can be exchanged for a different size, product or delivery area before it is redeemed by emailing us at contact@frameitordidnthappen.com; we do not refund a price difference either way. You may cancel an unredeemed gift at any time by emailing contact@frameitordidnthappen.com, and we will refund you in full; within 14 days of purchase this is your statutory right, and afterwards it remains our policy while the gift has not been used. Once a gift has been redeemed, the value has been delivered as a personalised poster and it can no longer be cancelled or refunded; the normal returns process above then applies to the printed poster itself, and is your recipient's to use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell or redistribute generated posters except as permitted by your personal-use licence.
The Service is provided “as is”. Route, elevation and other metrics depend on data from Strava and your device, and we do not warrant their accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect Strava at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
